Description
Push-to-connect straight unions join two equal tube OD ends for inline repairs and modular pneumatic assemblies. FerruleX SS304/SS316 unions use grab-ring ends on both sides in the push-in series sized on RFQ. Air and light fluid lines are typical after a media check. Swapping a damaged mid-section takes seconds compared with glued plastic unions. Quote tube OD to FerruleX for stocked unions with fast factory shipping. Mark insertion depth during training so technicians seat tube fully on every remake. Push-to-connect fittings are a pneumatic low-pressure class — maker stainless series publish about 10 bar (145 psi), with tube 4–12 mm / 1/8–1/2 inch typical. How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
