Are you a trading company or a factory?
FerruleX is a manufacturing factory for stainless steel fittings and valves in Nanjing, China. We machine, stock and ship from our plant — not a pure trading desk — so lead times on common sizes are short and OEM custom work is reviewed in-house.
Where is your factory?
No. 212, Lantian Road, Lukou District, Jiangning, Nanjing, China. Export RFQs go to [email protected] or WhatsApp / phone +86 138 1403 4409. Default Incoterms are FOB Shanghai or FOB Ningbo.
How fast can you deliver?
Stocked sizes are typically ready 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order is about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF. FOB Shanghai or Ningbo is the default.
What stainless steel fittings do you supply?
For many years we have focused on stainless steel compression fittings (double-ferrule), ball valves, needle valves, check valves, corrugated stainless steel hose, quick-screw and push-to-connect fittings, adapters, plugs, instrumentation tube and investment-cast parts — about 105 catalog lines. Materials include SS304, SS316 and SS316L.
Do you sell online with a shopping cart?
No. This is an RFQ catalog site. Browse products, then send size, material, thread and quantity via the contact form. We reply with a factory quotation — all orders are negotiated.
Which thread standards are available?
Common options include NPT, G (BSPP), ZG/R (BSPT) and metric threads (e.g. M5–M24). Metric and imperial tube ODs are both available on compression series.
What should I include in an RFQ?
Send product type or SKU, tube OD / pipe size, thread standard, material (SS304 / SS316), quantity, destination country and any drawing or pressure requirement. That lets our factory quote faster.
Can you do OEM or custom parts?
Yes. Send a drawing for non-standard ends, mixed threads or private marking. We review manufacturability in-house and quote MOQ and lead time on the RFQ — see the OEM page.
Do you provide material certificates?
Material documentation can be prepared when requested at RFQ stage. Tell us if you need MTR-style notes or third-party inspection support before we pack the order.
