Description
Long-handle hex compression stainless steel ball valves add leverage and visible handle position on field panels and skids. FerruleX SS304/SS316/SS316L hex bodies with double-ferrule valves share the family class ladder — roughly 1000–6000 psig CWP across maker series depending on series, seat and tube size. Gloved operators and elevated valves benefit from the extended lever. Tube OD and handle length notes belong on the RFQ. FerruleX stocks common long-handle hex valves for fast factory delivery after quote. Extended levers need a clear swing arc beside cable trays and neighboring instruments. Values are class-typical references for this configuration; tube OD and pressure class are confirmed on the RFQ.
Long handles need clear swing arcs — measure before you mount beside a cable tray. Bright handle covers improve position visibility in dark skids. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
