Description
Three-way compression stainless steel ball valves divert or mix instrument flows without breaking tube joints. FerruleX SS304/SS316/SS316L valves offer three double-ferrule ports for L or T path switching on sample and calibration loops. Dual-source selection and bypass legs are common uses. Confirm the porting diagram on the RFQ so the ball drilling matches your P&ID. Across maker series, stainless instrument ball valves span roughly 1000–6000 psig CWP depending on series, seat and tube size; the class is set per series. Exercise every path during FAT so L-port versus T-port mistakes show up before ship. Values are class-typical references for this configuration; tube OD, porting and pressure class are confirmed on the RFQ.
3-way valves are easy to order wrong if L-port and T-port are confused — attach a sketch. Exercise the handle through all positions during FAT to prove the intended paths. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
