Description
High-pressure female stainless steel ball valves serve elevated system pressures on test benches and HP gas service after review. FerruleX SS304/SS316/SS316L HP series use female threads; allowable pressure depends on size and can approach the ~4500 PSI class when specified. SS316 is preferred for corrosive HP media. Design pressure, media and size must be on the RFQ before FerruleX confirms the body. Factory quotes cover HP female valves with stocked and special sizes — RFQ only. Match upstream fittings to the same HP class or the valve rating is meaningless in service.
HP valves need matching HP tubing and adapters; a standard 1000 PSI fitting upstream defeats the rating. Ask for hydrostatic test documentation when the end user requires it. FerruleX will not ship an HP valve against an incomplete pressure note on the RFQ. High-pressure female thread series. SS316 preferred for corrosive media. Design pressure, media and size.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
