Description
High-pressure compression stainless steel ball valves pair double-ferrule ends with HP shutoff for elevated instrument pressures. FerruleX SS316/SS316L/SS304 valves take tube OD directly so you avoid threaded adapters in the HP path, with ratings toward ~4500 PSI class when confirmed. Tube OD and design pressure are mandatory on the RFQ. Stocked HP compression valves ship after factory approval of the pressure note. Ask FerruleX for the matching HP tube wall recommendation when you quote. Replace ferrules if an HP gas joint is remade; reused ferrules are a common leak source.
Double-ferrule HP joints still need annealed tube and correct pull-up; pressure rating is not a substitute for installation care. Replace ferrules if a joint is remade on HP gas service. FerruleX can supply HP plugs and caps for unused branches on the same RFQ. Double-ferrule compression both sides. High-pressure ball shutoff. Tube OD + design pressure required.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
