Description
Hex head plugs blank female ports with external wrench flats for process blocks, cylinders and test points. FerruleX SS304/SS316 plugs cover common NPT, G and metric threads as durable stainless steel pipe fittings. They are the default blank when you have room to swing a wrench and want a robust head. No tube ferrule is involved — thread and alloy define the part. Send thread size and quantity to FerruleX for a factory RFQ with stocked fast delivery. Hex heads can be stamp-coded if QA wants each plugged port identified after FAT.
Hex heads mark easily with stamp codes if your QA wants each plugged port identified after FAT. Do not use an impact gun on fine instrumentation threads; hand torque is safer for stainless. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
