Description
Barb hose connectors grip soft hose on one end and screw into NPT, G, ZG(R) or metric ports on the other. FerruleX offers SS304/SS316 barbs typically from 1/8"–1" with M5–M24 thread options; hose ID and clamp style set the real pressure limit (catalog notes up to ~3000 PSI depending on hose). Cooling drops, washdown lines and light process hose prefer barbs over ferrule tube when the media runs in elastomer hose. Always match barb OD to hose ID and use a proper clamp. Put hose ID, thread and media on the FerruleX factory RFQ. A barb without a clamp is unfinished — specify ear, worm or crimp clamps with the hose.
A barb without a clamp is not a finished joint — specify clamp type (ear, worm, or crimp) with the hose vendor. For food hose, ask whether the barb needs a smoother finish than industrial barbs. FerruleX can supply double-barb hose menders as a related line when you are splicing hose in the field.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
