Description
Ferrules bite and seal on tube OD inside a double-ferrule nut. FerruleX stocks stainless ferrules for instrumentation tube in SS304/SS316, sold by fitting family and tube OD across the common 1/8–1 inch / 3–25 mm series. Match the ferrule to the tube OD and the nut series — mixing brands risks leaks. A ferrule carries no pressure rating of its own; the made-up fitting set is rated per the tube OD and wall. Quote OD and series with the rest of the compression BOM. Values are class-typical references for this configuration; tube OD, series and pressure class are confirmed on the RFQ.
Tell FerruleX the size, grade and quantity on the RFQ. Stocked catalog lines ship after quote confirmation; custom dimensions need a drawing.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
