Description
Stainless coil tube runs long instrument lengths without mid-couplings that add leak points. FerruleX SS304/SS316/SS316L coils are quoted by OD, wall and coil length for field tubing and OEM kits. Refrigeration-style instrument jumps and analyzer shelters often prefer coil over stick. Deburr and straighten only what you need; leave the rest coiled. Send coil length and size to FerruleX for a factory RFQ with stocked and special coils. Cap coil ends in storage so moisture does not stain the ID before the first cut. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
