Description
Bright annealed stainless steel BA tube gives clean ID/OD for gas panels, analyzers and double-ferrule systems. FerruleX supplies SS304/SS316/SS316L BA tube cut to length or as agreed on the RFQ, sized to pair with stainless steel compression fittings. Smooth annealed surface helps ferrules seal on instrumentation gas service. OD, wall, length and grade define the quote. FerruleX factory RFQs cover stocked BA cuts and custom lengths for export OEM kits. Keep hardness in the double-ferrule range; over-hard BA tube leaks on gas make-up.
BA tube hardness should stay in the range recommended for double-ferrule make-up; over-hard tube leaks on gas. Store coils and sticks capped so dirt does not score the sealing surface. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
