Description
Air-source stainless steel ball valves isolate compressed-air headers, FRL feeds and OEM pneumatic lines. FerruleX SS304/SS316 valves use utility thread sizes common to plant air and stock frequently for fast factory shipping. They are built for air service rather than aggressive chemicals — confirm media if you are outside air/water. Straight patterns dominate, with angle options on request. Send thread size and quantity to FerruleX on an RFQ for stocked air-line valves. Place the valve upstream of the FRL so filters can be serviced with the header isolated.
Put the air-source valve upstream of the FRL so filters can be serviced safely. Drain legs still need a separate petcock; this valve is isolation, not a water trap. FerruleX can lock handles in the closed position for lockout/tagout programs. Compressed air isolation. SS304 / SS316. Common air-line sizes stocked.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
