Description
A 2-valve manifold isolates a static-pressure gauge or transmitter from the process and vents the instrument side so pressure is relieved before the device is removed or calibrated. One block valve, one vent/bleed, one compact body. FerruleX quotes stainless 2-valve manifolds with port arrangement, thread standards and pressure class named on the RFQ — pair with the 3-valve and 5-valve siblings or the generic manifold line for custom port configurations. Values are class-typical references for this configuration: 1/2 inch FNPT process side and 6000 psig CWP at 100 °F are typical, with PTFE packing to about 450 °F. Ports, threads and pressure class are confirmed on the RFQ.
The standard hookup for static-pressure instruments: close the block to isolate the process, open the vent/bleed to relieve the instrument side. For differential-pressure transmitters step up to the 3-valve manifold; where calibration work needs drain and vent ports, the 5-valve. Custom port configurations are quoted from the generic valve manifold page. State on the RFQ: process and instrument connections, thread standards, pressure class, material grade.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
