Description
A 3-valve manifold mounts a differential-pressure transmitter to its two impulse lines: two block valves — one per leg — plus a central equalizing valve. Normal running has the blocks open and the equalizer closed; isolation follows the manufacturer valve sequence. FerruleX quotes stainless 3-valve manifolds with port arrangement, thread standards and pressure class named on the RFQ — pair with the 2-valve and 5-valve siblings or the generic manifold line for custom port configurations. Values are class-typical references for this configuration: 1/2 inch FNPT process side and 6000 psig CWP at 100 °F are typical, with PTFE packing to about 450 °F. Ports, threads and pressure class are confirmed on the RFQ.
Two block valves protect the transmitter from the process; the equalizing valve balances the two legs so the device can be zero-checked or isolated without stress. Equalize only per the manufacturer sequence — opening the equalizer while one leg carries line pressure damages the transmitter. Static-pressure instruments use the smaller 2-valve manifold; add drain/vent ports for calibration work with the 5-valve. State on the RFQ: leg connections, instrument connection, thread standards, pressure class, material grade.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
