Description
Quick-screw straight unions join two equal tube ends for inline repairs on pneumatic and water tubing. FerruleX stainless unions in SS304/SS316/SS316L cover OD 4–16 mm / 1/8"–1/2" with push-and-tighten make-up on both sides. No welding means a damaged hose segment can be swapped during a short maintenance window. Working pressure is about 1000 PSI. Order by tube OD from FerruleX on an RFQ; stocked unions leave the factory quickly. Cut both tube ends square so each side inserts to the same depth on the union.

How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
