Description
High-pressure female globe-style valves throttle elevated-pressure gas or liquid after design review. FerruleX SS304/SS316/SS316L HP series use female threads; SS316 is preferred for corrosive HP media. They sit with the needle/globe family when fine control at pressure matters more than quarter-turn shutoff. Design pressure and Cv needs are mandatory on the RFQ. FerruleX confirms HP ratings before factory release — incomplete pressure notes delay the quote. Ask for hydrostatic certificates when the end user requires them on the same RFQ package. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
