Description
Female threaded tees branch air headers, water manifolds and gauge trees with three female ports. FerruleX stainless steel pipe fittings in SS304/SS316 cover common NPT, G and metric tee sizes, equal or reducing. They accept nipples and valves directly without male-to-female extras on every leg. Equal tees are stocked; reducing branches are RFQ items. Send port sizes to FerruleX for a factory quote with stocked fast delivery on standard equals. Consider orientation and drain legs on wet air headers where condensate collects in the tee. Threaded tees carry no universal pressure class — makers rate by part number and the lowest-rated end governs, so the rating is confirmed on the RFQ rather than inferred from the thread. Tees collect condensate on wet air systems — consider orientation and drain legs when you lay out the header. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
